Massive worldwide recalls have grown to almost one million since the airbag recall was first issued in 2008. With 41,000 of them in Canada, it doesn’t match up to the numbers of the U.S. which hit a whopping 378,000. These mainly point to 2001 and 2002 models. Surprising though as it took 6 years to officially announce a recall.
