Hot 103 will be announcing a major concert in Winnipeg tomorrow morning. The clues they have given are that it is closely related to Chris Brown!
I think that its the Glow In The Dark Tour with Kanye West, Rhianna, Lupe Fiasco, and N.E.R.D. (Rhianna = Chris Browns girlfriend)
