What I’ve gathered so far is that this traveling company brings an inflatable movie screen with them and shows movies in open, outdoor areas. How ironic that they would come to Winnipeg shortly after our Drive-In ate it. A little, too ironic. (I really don’t know if they were here before… it’s still ironic.)
Taking advantage of this hole in our hearts, FreshAirCinema will be airing some free movies for us at certain locations this month. First showing will be held at the Canad Inns Stadium on June 5th (for the Winnipeg International Film Festival). They will be showing Grease.
