2009 Spring Cleaning for Winnipeg Streets begins April 19.
To help in street and boulevard cleaning, the city is placing temporary “No Parking” signs on designated streets. If you park near one of these signs during the times indicated, your vehicle will be ticketed and towed at your expense.
So please watch for these signs and read the times displayed. The only thing the city wants to clean off the street is sand and not your vehicle.
