Canada Lifts Travel Advisory to Mexico

Canada is no longer discouraging travel to Mexico, the centre of the H1N1 flu virus. With the strain now all over Canada, Canadians are in no additional risk by traveling to Mexico.

The Canada Border Services Agency will continue to monitor travelers for signs of the flu, but quarantine officers will no longer meet passengers on direct flights from Mexico to Canada.

Tourism in Mexico has probably dropped drastically. On the plus side… you can probably find great deals on a summer vacation to one of the most beautiful tourism spots in North America.

With the risk of getting infected with H1N1 dropping, would you consider a vacation to Mexico?
