That’s right Winnipeg, for the 10th year in a row, we are STILL the Slurpee Capital of the World. No 7-Eleven’s in any other city combined sold more Slurpees than Winnipeg!
Expect another huge celebration on 7-11-2009 (July 11, 2009) when 7-Eleven stores across Winnipeg will be giving away 42,000 free small Slurpees.
Calgary placed second, and Detroit placed third. Better luck next year Kennewick!
