If you are attending one of the various concerts at MTS Centre in June, make sure you bring a non-perishable food item to support Winnipeg Harvest’s “Tin for a Bin” campaign.
MTS Centre has teamed up with Winnipeg Harvest to fight the food shortage they are currently having. Winnipeg Harvest will have bins set up at every entrance so concert-goers can donate food items upon entrance. Cash donations will also be accepted at all gates.
Safeway has agreed to match pound for pound all non-perishable items collected at MTS Centre during the month of June.
