The Winnipeg Blue Bombers have set a new record for number of season tickets sold. It’s currently sitting at 22,050 and counting as of Friday, May 25, 2012. This shatters the previous season ticket record of 21,155 set in 2011.
Season ticket sales have only been open to previous season ticket holders. General sale for season tickets will commence on Monday, May 28 at 3:00pm. Single game tickets will be on sale beginning Friday, June 8. Single game tickets are only available for the first five games (including preseason) and does not include the Banjo Bowl on Sunday, September 9. Season tickets start as low as $197.00.
