CAA has released its annual list of the 10 Worst Roads in Manitoba and as a huge surprise, St. James does NOT top the list this year!

The 2015 campaign saw over 6,106 votes as Manitoban’s voiced their opinion on the provinces worst road.

St. James Street was dubbed Manitoba’s Worst Road in 2012 and 2014, but this year Provincial Road 280 between Thompson and Gillam takes the title.

Here is the Top 10 List:

  1. PR 280 – Gillam
  2. St. James St – Winnipeg
  3. Ness Ave – Winnipeg
  4. Empress St – Winnipeg
  5. 1st St – Winkler
  6. Manitoba 450 – Deloraine
  7. Pembina Hwy – Winnipeg
  8. Scurfield Blvd – Winnipeg
  9. Manitoba 274 – Gilbert Plains
  10. Archibald St – Winnipeg

Winnipeg’s Polo Park area roads continue to fill up this list every year. Four out of top ten roads are outside of Winnipeg.
