The 17th Annual Festival of Fools will take place at The Forks from March 25 – 31, 2017. At Spring Break The Forks Market comes alive with programmed clowning, magic and general tomfoolery. The Market is chock-fool of fools of roving clowns, face-painters, games, prizes and too many fools to mention! Admission is free.
