Kildonan Place Shopping Mall (KP Mall) has submitted its redevelopment plans to the city.
In the plans, a new Cineplex theatre and a grocery show is seen where the old Sears location sat. It also shows an expanded food court taking over the current Cineplex theatre.
The mall’s last major upgrade was just in 2017, where they added an H&M, Marshalls, and HomeSense to replace the old Target location.
