Expect to save around $10 a year in 2020 on primary gas.

The Public Utilities Board (PUB) has approved Centra Gas Manitoba’s application to decrease the current Primary Gas rate from $0.0910/m3 to $0.0863/m3.

Residential customers are expected to see an decrease of $10 per year. Rates will reviewed again on May 1, 2020. Primary gas is currently a pass-through cost for Centra. The company charges customers what it pays and doesn’t make a profit.

A decrease in natural gas prices is great news for everyone! Our friends over at Sarte Heating & Cooling
