Rae’s Dueling Poutines:
In one corner we have a decadent poutine with classic cheese curds, Bothwell Swiss, home made corned beef and pickled red cabbage, smothered in tangy mustard gravy. We pit this beauty against a savoury poutine with classic cheese curds, Danish blue cheese, farmers sausage and candied jalapenos, smothered in creamy country style pepper gravy. Both poutines are served on a mountain of our signature golden beef tallow skinny fries.
