London Drugs has officially opened its doors at CF Polo Park, giving Winnipeggers a fresh destination for tech, beauty, wellness, and everyday essentials.
This marks the second London Drugs location in the city, joining the long-standing store at St. Vital Centre. The new Polo Park store sits on the upper level next to Ardene and spans an impressive 29,895 square feet, offering a bright, modern layout designed to make shopping smooth, convenient, and enjoyable. Inside, visitors will find a full-service pharmacy, the latest electronics and gadgets, a premium beauty section, and a specialized Photolab—bringing a wide mix of products and services under one very large roof.
Grand Opening Event – Jenna Rae Cupcakes and Meet the Winnipeg Blue Bombers!
The official grand opening takes place Friday, November 21. The ribbon cutting and speeches begin at approximately 8:40 a.m., with doors opening at 9:00 a.m.
Shoppers arriving early are in for some generous perks:
- First 50 customers will receive a London Drugs gift card
- First 100 customers will get a gift bag filled with store products
- First 80 customers who spend $50 will receive a $25 Vanilla Visa prepaid card
- LDExtras Members can also spin the prize wheel from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for bonus points, with free sign-ups available in store.
Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee and Jenna Rae cupcakes during the festivities, and fans will have a chance to meet Winnipeg Blue Bombers players Willie Jefferson and Nick Hallett, along with mascots Buzz and Boomer, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
