Learn about the latest greatest models\, and test ride any of MEC’s bikes all day long. \nClinics & Seminars: Would you like to learn more about your bike? Take part in clinics with topics like Bike Maintenance 101\, Road Bike Basics\, and Bike Fitting. Join us for an expert seminar put on by the Sport Medicine Centre that focuses on Fitness for Cyclists. \nGear Swap: Buy\, sell or trade used bikes\, cycling clothes or bike accessories at the ever-popular gear swap. Interested sellers should email winnipegbikefest@mec.ca. \nGroup Rides: BYOB (bring your own bike!) to take part in group rides lead by MEC staff – join in with a fast group of elite riders from 10:00am-11:30am\, or participate in ride for everybody interested in building confidence  on the road from 1:30pm-2:30pm. \nCoffee & Crafts: Bring the kids out to make decorations for their bikes\, and enjoy a complimentary iced coffee poured by the fabulous Parlour Café. \nShopping & Prizes: With so many biking experts on hand\, it will be an ideal day to shop for biking gear and clothing\, or other products and accessories that MEC carries for many other outdoor activities.
