At intermission we’ll interview Hon. Steven Fletcher about his proposed legislation\, as well as Natasha Griffiths\, daughter of Susan Griffiths\, about their experience at Dignitas in Switzerland. DESCRIPTION:Hockey Night in Canada’s Play On! celebrates hockey culture in a wholesome\, festival atmosphere that makes kids feel like NHL pros and helps adults feel like kids again. Since this program’s inception\, over 1.5 million people have “taken back the streets” through participation in one of the one hundred and thirty-three (133) Play On! events held to date. \nPlay On! Winnipeg is the largest sports festival in Manitoba and the third largest Play On! tournament in Canada. In 2014\, the tournament had 3\,564 players\, 505 teams and an estimated 10\,000 – 15\,000 spectators. We expect those numbers to grow this year and the tournament will take place at the University of Manitoba on Chancellor Matheson Road during May Long Weekend (May 16-17). \nIs Your Team In?
