A recent study done by Maclean’s magazine and Canadian Council on Learning gathered data from 38 cities in its annual Composite Learning Index only to determine that we are average.
We ranked 15th for most caring city in Canada and we rank 19th for intelligence.
I guess if we were smarter, we might not continue to live in such a COLD place. Just kidding!
