Reminder that Folklorama, the world’s largest multi-cultural event, kicks off tonight at The Forks mainstage.
The Forks will feature Ethnic Market and Children’s activities starting at 5:00pm, and make sure to bring the kids to see the Llama!
The main stage lights up at 6:00pm with a preshow with the official start at 7:00pm. You’ll enjoy a parade of ambassadors and a 3 hour show featuring local, national and international performers.
For the closing act of the 2009 Kick-Off, the Ugandan folk group all the way from Uganda will perform.
