Winnipeg Wine Festival is at the Convention Centre April 27th to May 3rd.
I personally have never attended the Wine Festival, and I’m definitely not a wine connaisseur. But I do like wine, so I’m studying up for my first year.
The actual tasting is only occurring on Friday, May 2nd in the evening and on Saturday, May 3rd in the afternoon and at night. Other events will be held around the city on the other dates, such as Wine on Wellington at 529 Wellington on the 27th and No Wine for Old Men, New Wines for Youngins at The Billabong Australian Bar & Bistro on the 29th.
