Chop, the new upscale restaurant in the Sandman Hotel on Century Street close to the airport is now hiring for their grand opening on August 27th.
This is great news for those who enjoy somewhat “upscale” cuisine (albeit corporate) like Moxie’s, earls and Joeys.
I just spent 30 minutes checking out their site and their menu is looking pretty sweet. I can’t wait to try the prime rib.
