2 years and $14 million later, Seven Oaks opened the doors to the new emergency room.

The emergency room, named after John and Bonnie Buhler, is environmentally friendly, and can hold double the patients the old emergency room did. “In 1998, an average of 28 patients had to wait in the hallway for care per day. With the increased space, that number should go down to less than four patients waiting in the hallway.”

I’ve personally spent some time in the old waiting room, AND in the emergency room.  I’m glad to see that they’ve expanded and are trying to reduce the amount of waiting time for patients.
