Well, almost here. The actual plan was unveiled and will be in effect November 1st of this year if it passes.

She’s called the “Driver Safety Rating” (DSR) and it’s designed to provide stronger rewards for safer drivers. It will use a larger scale merit system with a steep bottom end. Don’t let that scare you though. If you’re a good driver with merits already in the current system, your merits will be carried over. So that’s really good news.
