A Cajun style food court vendor called Bourbon Street Grill will be opening soon at St. Vital Centre right beside Dairy Queen. It’s described as a zestful concept specializing in traditional Louisiana cooking with the merging of the newest Cajun and Creole recipes.
It looks like there is lots of work constantly being done at the food court… Koya and Tim Horton’s are both closed for renovations and will reopen soon.
