The Manitoba Liquor Control Commission is dropping their photo ID program. In the past, if you didn’t have a drivers license, you could apply for a photo ID that was issued by the MLCC. This is no longer the case. President and CEO Don Lussier says the card no longer passes current security requirements.

June 29, 2009 will be the last day you can use these MLCC issued ID’s. If you don’t have a drivers license, your best bet is to get a new enhanced photo-id available through Manitoba Public Insurance agents.
