Greyhound has announced that they will continue service in Manitoba despite announcing they would stop services after October 2, 2009.
It seems that the announcement earlier this month was simply a scare-tactic to get Transportation Ministers listening to their demands. It has worked and there will be a Federal/Provincial meeting of Transportation Ministers October 22nd.
I can’t say I didn’t see this coming… Why would Greyhound stop services in Manitoba just after building a $6.3-million bus depot at the southwest corner of the airport?
