The new Manitoba Hydro Building in downtown Winnipeg officially opens today.
3,000 Hydro employees will be in downtown building – so if you work in the area, expect longer waits in line during your lunch hour.
Restaurants are already reporting an increase in traffic during the lunch hour rush.
