The biggest news of the week is Environment Canada’s announcement that we will have a high of +1 degrees on Tuesday (Jan. 12, 2010)
We’ve been getting pretty cold temperatures this week, but we should notice it warm up a bit on the weekend, then eventually hitting +1 on Tuesday.
This week is a perfect time to get out and do some outdoor sports such as tobogganing on garbage hill, or snow boarding/skiing at Stony Mountain. Also, a great opportunity to take a ride on our river trail before it melts away.
