The City of Winnipeg is planning to honour Jonathan Toews, Duncan Keith and Patrick Sharp for winning the Stanley Cup.
Mayor Sam Katz said a public event will be held sometime in the summer to honor the Winnipeggers whom helped in Chicago ‘s first Stanley Cup victory since 1961.
The Stanley Cup is said to be headed its way to Winnipeg at some point in the summer. Stay tuned for any announcements.
