Today (March 8, 2011), marks International Women’s Day. Thousands of events are being held throughout the world to inspire women and celebrate their achievements.
Winnipeg will be celebrating with a Women’s Day March at 5:30pm today. The march will begin at Union Centre (Smith and Broadway), stop at the Legislature, and then finish at the University of Winnipeg. More information on the march is here.
