The Arlington Bridge closed to traffic this morning and won’t reopen until Monday, August 15, 2011.
The bridge is being closed for scheduled maintenance – which comes at the worst time since the adjacent McPhillips underpass is undergoing heavy construction as well.
Right now, it looks like the best way to get over the train tracks is through the Salter bridge or a Main St. detour.
