The Winnipeg football club has announced that the next two home games against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (Friday, August 26) and the Saskatchewan Roughriders (Sunday, September 11) have been completely sold out! This marks the fourth straight sell-out for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers! Sports and the CFL is alive and well in Winnipeg!
Due to high demand, the club is adding 250 500 additional temporary seats for the August 26 game against Hamilton. The additional seats will be located on the field level next to section Y and are available now. These seats are first come first serve rush seating and are priced at $35 ($40 w/ fees). Pending the sale of these seats, they are also considering adding another set of temporary bleachers.
UPDATE: It looks like the response for the additional 250 seats were great! The Bombers have added another 250 seats on top of that giving a total 500 additional seats to Friday’s game. Go go go!
