The annual Winnipeg Zombie Walk will be taking place on Friday, October 14, 2011. Meeting area will be at Stephen Juba Park at 7:00pm. The walk will go all the way to The Forks.
Route: Paths lead from Stephen Juba Park to the Forks where we take the riverwalk past the Legislative Building. Zombies then head to the Zoo/Ozzy’s for DEFCON Z (official afterparty).
Arrive early for photo ops. Donations for Winnipeg Harvest will also be collected. Please bring a non perishable food item. Look for the Winnipeg Harvest truck and volunteers. Place items in a plastic or paper bag so fake blood/zombie makeup doesn’t get on the food.
Henry’s Photography will also have a tent set up outside the Zoo/Ozzy’s. You can get a zombie photo done by them in exchange for a food donation for Winnipeg Harvest or $2.
