The Assiniboine Park Zoo has announced that the red panda cub, born at the end of June, is named Kiah!
There were over 1,000 votes placed to help the Zoo give the cub its name. Kiah, meaning from the beautiful place, received the highest number of votes with 354.

Visitors can visit Kiah and other red pandas in their habitat at Toucan Ridge during regular Zoo hours, daily from 9 am to 6 pm.
