Winnipeg’s annual Halloween tradition – Safeway Boo at the Zoo returns for its 17th year tonight and will run until Sunday October 28, 2012 from 5:30pm – 9:00pm nightly at the Assiniboine Park Zoo.
Entrance is through the Zoo’s Main Gate located at 2595 Roblin Blvd.
Visitors are encouraged to dress up in costume and get in the Halloween spirit! The expanded midway features a carousel, a haunted house, and other awesome rides — all FREE with admission. This year, Safeway Boo at the Zoo has new and enhanced displays – including Transylvania and African Safari – with more interaction, and chills and thrills that will be even more spinetinglingeriffic! Back by popular demand are the Pirates, the Lost Word, Alice Wonderland and many more.
