Winnipeg Transit’s Santa Bus is back on the road and will be collecting cash donations for the Christmas Cheer Board until Monday, December 24, 2012.
The Santa Bus features larger than life images of the jolly old man himself along with all his happy reindeer on the exterior of bus #272.
“Last year the Santa Bus collected $16,000 for the Christmas Cheer Board and we’re ho-ho-hoping to collect even more this year,” said Mr. Claus. All cash fares and donations collected on the Santa Bus go directly to the Christmas Cheer Board. Started in 1985, the Santa Bus has raised over $335,000 in donations.

11 Portage-Kildonan (December 1 – 7)
16 Osborne-Selkirk (December 8 – 14)
19 Marion (December 15 – 21)
18 Corydon (December 22 – 24)
