The world’s largest coffee-shop operator, Starbucks, has begun selling reusable cups for $1. The white plastic cup has the Starbucks logo on it and holds a tall or grande size drink.
The lids will continue to be the existing plastic lids. Since the cup is plastic, it still gets quite hot and you’ll still need the sleeve. Customers who use the reusable cup (or a mug) will receive a 10 cent discount on their beverage purchase. [THESTAR]
