After being left without an opponent when Antonio Rogerio Nogueira pulled out due to injury, the UFC has officially cancelled the Shogun Rua co-main event.
Antonio Rogerio Nogueira cancelled only weeks before the event which made it impossible for the UFC to find a replacement. Rumours had Chael Sonnen replacing Nogueira but those were quickly squashed.
