Here’s a sneak peek at how the new entrance at Polo Park Shopping Centre will look once the $49-million renovations are complete. The former Zeller’s entrance will become a new mall entrance from the second level parking deck.
In total, there will be 114,000 square feet of new retail space added to the mall. More than half of that will house new retailers. 25,000 sf has been leased to H&M and the remaining will be used by existing retailers.
