The Canadian Museum for Human Rights will extended its regular hours and be open on Thanksgiving Monday.
The Museum is normally closed every Monday, but they will remain open on certain holidays for visitors’ convenience. Those holidays include:
- Boxing Day
- New Year’s Day
- Louis Riel Day
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- Canada Day
- August Civic Holiday
- Labour Day
- Thanksgiving Monday
- Remembrance Day (afternoon only)
Guided Tours are available that begin every 15 minutes between 10:00am and 5:00pm. The last tour departs at 3:30pm.
The Canadian Museum for Human Rights opened its doors to the public on Saturday, September 20, 2014.
