The 15th Annual Festival of Fools will take place at The Forks from March 28 – April 3, 2015. At Spring Break The Forks Market comes alive with programmed clowning, magic and general tomfoolery. The Market is chock-fool of fools of roving clowns, face-painters, games, prizes and too many fools to mention! Admission is free.
