The old Future Shop location on Pembina Hwy will reopen as a Best Buy.
On Sunday, March 29, 2015, Future Shop immediately closed all stores across Canada. This included 3 locations in Winnipeg: St. James St, Pembina Hwy, and Leila Ave.
The St. James Future Shop shares a parking lot with an existing Best Buy, so it will remain closed. However, Leila Ave. customers will be out of luck.
There will be 3 Winnipeg Best Buy Locations:
- 1910 Pembina Hwy
- 810 St. James St
- 1580 Regent Ave
The Future Shop in Brandon, MB will also reopen as a Best Buy.
