Winnipeg Transit will shift into its 2017 Fall Schedule on Sunday, September 3. Transit service is adjusted four times a year to match seasonal changes in ridership. The following routes will operate under the new schedule:

- 18 North Main – Corydon
- 19 Marion – Logan – Notre Dame
- 21 Portage Express
- 22 Assiniboia Express
- 24 Ness Express
- 25 Ness Super Express
- 28 Brookside Express
- 33 Maples
- 36 Northwest Super Express
- 55 St. Anne’s
- 72
- 75 Crosstown East
- 78 Crosstown West
- 84
- 85
- 86
- 94
- 95
- 160 Downtown – U of M
- 161 University Super Express
- 162 Downtown – Ft. Richmond – U of M – St. Norbert Express
- 163 Waverley Heights Express
The following route changes will also be in effect on Sunday, September 3:
- Route 33
Extended service in the Maples/ Amber Trails area and improved operating times. - Route 72
Service extended into the South Pointe neighbourhood. - Route 84
Significant changes to improve the frequency of service and provide a more direct route to key destinations and improved transfer connections. - Route 85
Includes improved service in All Seasons. - Route 86
Now provides all-day service into Bridgwater Centre, Bridgwater Lakes, improved frequency and routing to key destinations and improved transfer connections. - Route 94
Includes new service into Whyte Ridge with improved frequency and provide a more direct route to key destinations.
