We partnered with our new local bakery, (Top) Gunn’s, to bring Winnipeg something that we never done before for LBW. New custom buns for each entry. Goose: Don’t let the name fool you. This burger is a leader not a wingman. It soars with a 100% MB free-range beef patty, MB nitrate-free bacon, goats cheese, cajun crispy onions, chimichurri sauce, fresh beefsteak tomato & arugula, all squeezed in between (Top) Gunn’s garlic buttered Fergassa bread.
