Bench, which is an athletic clothing brand from Manchester, England, is closing all 24 brick and mortar stores in Canada. This includes three locations in Winnipeg: CF Polo Park, St. Vital Centre, and Outlet Collection Winnipeg.
The store at CF Polo Park is currently selling all remaining inventory for 50% – 70% off with new inventory coming in daily. However, don’t expect some kind of 90% off liquidation sale where you can purchase t-shirts and sweaters for $1.
Bench is not liquidating its assets and the brand will continue to sell its clothing online and at various retailers including Hudson’s Bay which has locations inside CF Polo Park and St. Vital Centre.
Remaining inventory will most likely be shipped back to their online warehouse or wholesale customers once the brick and mortar stores close down.
