The city will begin the annual spring cleanup operation of streets, sidewalks and back lanes on Tuesday, April 21, 2020.
All Winnipeg streets, including back lanes, will be swept over the next five to six weeks.
In March, the City relaxed enforcement of the 1-2 hour time limits on residential streets with parking time restrictions to accommodate employees who are required to be home for longer periods of time due to self-isolation and work from home requirements in light of COVID-19.
However, residents must continue to obey all other parking restrictions, including those related to the City’s spring cleanup operations.
