Surf & Turf Palabok Poutine – $15
Our hand-cut, double fried french fries with our cheese curd mozzarella cheese blend, covered in a creamy shrimp and pork bisque sauce. Topped with minced roasted pork belly, poached shrimp and a soft poached egg. Garnished with scallions, fried onions, fried garlic and crushed chicharron. We then add a pinch of toasted fish flakes on the egg, just for that extra level of umami. Served with a large lemon wedge to cut through and balance all that richness.
