Here’s a list of what’s open and closed on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and Easter Monday 2021. A big change this year is retail establishments are now allowed to open on Good Friday if they choose to.
Easter Gathering Restrictions: Many families usually get together for Easter or Passover celebrations, but people should not let their guard down by gathering this year. Any gatherings at a private residence should be limited to designating two visitors to their home or designating a second household so that the two households can visit each other, as long as everyone in the house has authorized those designated individuals to visit.
Outdoor gatherings at a private residence is limited to 10 people plus members of a household.

Cemeteries
Cemetery grounds at Brookside, St. Vital and Transcona Cemeteries will be open for visitation from 8am to 6pm on Friday, April 2, Sunday, April 4, and Monday, April 5. Residents are reminded to practice social distancing when visiting the grounds.
