A juicy chorizo pork infused beef patty is coated in melted, Bothwell old cheddar cheese, and stacked with thick cut, locally sourced bacon, and a made-in-house celery, apple, & fennel slaw. Then we add a spicy pineapple hot sauce and drizzle a made-in-house cream cheese icing over top before stacking it all on a Gunn’s Bakery Cinnamon Bun fresh off the grill.
