The 2022 Spring Leisure Guide is now available at all civic indoor pools, libraries and leisure centres. You can also view the Leisure Guide online at https://www.winnipeg.ca/cms/recreation/leisure/leisureguide.stm. These programs fill up very fast, especially the swimming programs. Make sure to register early!
Registration for all spring activities begins Tuesday, March 15 at 8 a.m. for Winnipeg residents, and Thursday, March 17 at 8 a.m. for non-residents.
For your convenience, the City offers a number of ways to register:

- By calling 311
- In person at 395 Main St., Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (French service available)
- In person at the Central Registration Centre, Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex, 999 Sargent Ave., March 15 only, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- In person at any City indoor pool, except St. James Civic Centre, during operating hours (French service available at Bonivital Pool and Margaret Grant Pool)
Changes to vaccine and mask requirements
As of March 1, 2022, proof of vaccination is no longer required to enter or participate in programming at City-operated pools, fitness and leisure centres, and arenas. It is also anticipated that as of March 15, 2022, masks will no longer be required inside our facilities, but will still be strongly recommended to be worn at all times, except when engaged in water or other athletic activities.
