LA PIZZA WEEK, from the creators of La Poutine Week and La Burger Week, will return for its second year!
From May 1 – 14, 2022 over a hundred restaurants in Winnipeg will fire up the oven and get the dough rolling for a saucy celebration of the second edition of La Pizza Week.
Italian meets Korean combining for an unbeatable fusion of flavour. This awesome pizza was inspired by Winnipeg’s own Chef Cam Huley. Cam has been a member of Canada’s culinary team who won many world class competitions and is now the coach of our Canadian Junior Culinary team. Cam adds “ when it comes to pizza there is nothing better than baking it in a stone fired oven”. This pizza has it all. Thank you Cam. We start off with our in-house hand stretched dough layered with our specialty Binbimbap sauce, roasted chicken, Kimchi, full fat mozzarella cheese, topped with pickled red onion and fresh cilantro.
